ﺣﻀﺮﺕ ﻋﻤﺮ ﺑﻦ ﺨﻄﺎﺏ رضى الله عنه ﻧﮯ ﺭﻭﻡ ﺳﮯ ﻟﮍﻧﮯ ﮐﮯ ﻟﯿﮯ ﺍﯾﮏ ﻓﻮﺟﯽ ﺩﺳﺘﮧ ﺭﻭﺍﻧﮧ ﮐﯿﺎ، ﺍﺱ ﺩﺳﺘﮯ ﻣﯿﮟ ﺍﯾﮏ ﻧﻮﺟﻮﺍﻥ ﺻﺤﺎﺑﯽ ﻋﺒﺪﺍلله ﺑﻦ ﺣﺬﺍﻓﮧ ﺑﻦ ﻗﯿﺲ ﺍﻟﺴﮭﻤﯽ ﺭﺿﯽ ﺍلله ﻋﻨﮧ ﺑﮭﯽ ﺗﮭﮯ۔ 

ﻣﺴﻠﻤﺎﻧﻮﮞ ﺍﻭﺭ ﻗﯿﺼﺮ ﮐﯽ ﻓﻮﺝ ﮐﮯ ﺩﺭﻣﯿﺎﻥ ﻟﮍﺍﺋﯽ ﻧﮯ ﻃﻮﻝ ﭘﮑﮍ ﻟﯽ، ﻗﯿﺼﺮ ﻣﺴﻠﻤﺎﻧﻮﮞ ﮐﯽ ﺑﮩﺎﺩﺭى ﺍﻭﺭ ﺛﺎﺑﺖ ﻗﺪﻣﯽ ﭘﺮ ﺣﯿﺮﺍﻥ ﮨﻮﺍ ﺍﻭﺭ ﺣﮑﻢ ﺩﯾﺎ ﮐﮧ ﻣﺴﻠﻤﺎﻧﻮﮞ ﮐﺎ ﮐﻮﺋﯽ ﺟﻨﮕﯽ ﻗﯿﺪﯼ ﮨﻮ ﺗﻮ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﮐﯿﺎ ﺟﺎﺋﮯ۔ﻋﺒﺪﺍلله ﺑﻦ ﺣﺬﺍﻓﮧ رضى الله عنه ﮐﻮ ﮔﮭﺴﯿﭧ ﮐﺮ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﮐﯿﺎ ﮔﯿﺎ ﺟﻦ ﮐﮯ ﮨﺎﺗﮭﻮﮞ ﺍﻭﺭ ﭘﺎؤﮞ ﻣﯿﮟ ﮨﺘﮭﮑﮍﯾﺎﮞ تھیں۔

ﻋﺒﺪﺍلله رضى الله عنه ﮐﻮ ﮐﮭﺎﻧﺎ ﭘﯿﻨﺎ ﻧﮩﯿﮟ ﺩﯾﺎ ﮔﯿﺎ ﯾﮩﺎﮞ ﺗﮏ ﮐﮧ ﭘﯿﺎﺱ ﺍﻭﺭ ﺑﮭﻮﮎ ﺳﮯ ﻣﻮﺕ ﮐﮯ ﻗﺮﯾﺐ ﮨﻮ ﮔﺌﮯ ﺗﻮ ﻗﯿﺼﺮ ﮐﮯ ﺣﮑﻢ ﺳﮯ ﺷﺮﺍﺏ ﺍﻭﺭ ﺧﻨﺰﯾﺮ ﮐﺎ ﮔﻮﺷﺖ ﺍﻥ ﮐﮯ ﺳﺎﻣﻨﮯ ﭘﯿﺶ ﮐﯿﺎ ﮔﯿﺎ

ﺟﺐ ﻋﺒﺪ ﺍلله رضى الله عنه ﻧﮯ ﯾﮧ ﺩﯾﮑﮭﺎ ﺗﻮ ﮐﮩﺎ: ﺍلله ﮐﯽ ﻗﺴﻢ ﻣﺠﮭﮯ ﻣﻌﻠﻮﻡ ﮨﮯ ﮐﮧ ﻣﯿﮟ ﻭﮦ ﻣﻀﻄﺮ ‏(ﭘﺮﯾﺸﺎﻥ ﺣﺎﻝ) ﮨﻮﮞ ﺟﺲ ﮐﮯ ﻟﯿﮯ ﯾﮧ ﺣﻼﻝ ﮨﮯ، ﻣﮕﺮ ﻣﯿﮟ ﮐﻔﺎﺭ ﮐﻮ ﺧﻮﺵ ﮐﺮﻧﺎ ﻧﮩﯿﮟ ﭼﺎﮨﺘﺎ،

ﯾﮧ ﮐﮩﮧ ﮐﺮ ﮐﮭﺎﻧﮯ ﮐﻮ ﮨﺎﺗﮫ ﺑﮭﯽ ﻧﮧ ﻟﮕﺎﯾﺎ۔ 

ﯾﮧ ﺑﺎﺕ ﻗﯿﺼﺮ ﮐﻮ ﺑﺘﺎﺋﯽ ﮔﺌﯽ ﺗﻮ ﺍﺱ ﻧﮯ ﻋﺒﺪﺍلله رضى الله عنه ﮐﮯ ﻟﯿﮯ ﺑﮩﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﮐﮭﺎﻧﺎ ﻻﻧﮯ ﮐﺎ ﺣﮑﻢ ﺩﯾﺎ، ﺍﺱ ﮐﮯ ﺑﻌﺪ ﺍﯾﮏ ﺣﺴﯿﻦ ﻭ ﺟﻤﯿﻞ ﻟﮍﮐﯽ ﮐﻮ ﺍﻥ ﮐﮯ ﭘﺎﺱ ﺑﮭﯿﺠﺎ ﮔﯿﺎ ﮐﮧ ﺍﻥ ﮐﻮ ﭼﮭﯿﮍﮮ ﺍﻭﺭ ﻓﺤﺎﺷﯽ ﮐﺎ ﻣﻈﺎﮨﺮﮦ ﮐﺮﮮ۔

ﺍﺱ ﻟﮍﮐﯽ ﻧﮯ ﺑﮩﺖ ﮐﻮﺷﺶ ﮐﯽ ﻣﮕﺮ ﻋﺒﺪﺍلله رضى الله عنه ﻧﮯ ﺍﺱ ﮐﯽ ﻃﺮﻑ ﮐﻮﺋﯽ ﺗﻮﺟﮧ ﻧﮩﯿﮟ ﮐﯽ ﺍﻭﺭﺍلله ﮐﮯ ﺫﮐﺮ ﻣﯿﮟ ﻣﺸﻐﻮﻝ ﺭﮨﮯ

ﻋﺒﺪﺍلله رضى الله عنه ﯾﮧ ﺳﺎﺭﺍ ﻣﻨﻈﺮ ﺩﯾﮑﮫ ﺭﮨﮯ ﺗﮭﮯ،ﺍﺏ ﺍﯾﮏ ﺑﺎﺭ ﭘﮭﺮ ﻗﯿﺼﺮ ﻋﺒﺪﺍلله رضى الله عنه ﮐﯽ ﻃﺮﻑ ﻣﺘﻮﺟﮧ ﮨﻮﺍ ﺍﻭﺭ ﻧﺼﺮﺍﻧﯿﺖ ﻗﺒﻮﻝ ﮐﺮﻧﮯ ﺍﻭﺭ ﺍﺳﻼﻡ ﭼﮭﻮﮌﻧﮯ ﮐﯽ ﭘﯿﺶ ﮐﺶ ﮐﺮ ﺩﯼ ﻣﮕﺮ ﻋﺒﺪﺍلله رضى الله عنه ﻧﮯ ﺍﻧﮑﺎﺭ ﮐﺮ ﺩﯾﺎ۔

ﻗﯿﺼﺮ ﻏﺼﮯ ﺳﮯ ﭘﺎﮔﻞ ﮨﻮﻧﮯ ﻟﮕﺎ ﺍﻭﺭ ﺣﮑﻢ ﺩﯾﺎ ﮐﮧ ﯾﮧ ﺩﯾﮓ ﻣﯿﮟ ﻣﻮﺟﻮﺩ ﺗﯿﻞ ﺍﭨﮭﺎ ﮐﺮ ﻋﺒﺪﺍلله رضى الله عنه ﮐﮯ ﺳﺮ ﭘﺮ ﮈﺍﻝ ﺩیا ﺟﺎﺋﮯ۔ 

ﺟﺐ ﻗﯿﺼﺮ ﮐﮯ ﮐﺎﺭﻧﺪﻭﮞ ﻧﮯ ﺩﯾﮓ ﮐﮭﯿﻨﭻ ﮐﺮ ﻋﺒﺪﺍلله رضى الله عنه ﮐﮯ ﻗﺮﯾﺐ کی ﺍﻭﺭ انہوں نے ﺍﺱ ﮐﯽ ﺗﭙﺶ ﮐﻮ ﻣﺤﺴﻮﺱ ﮐﯿﺎ ﺗﻮ ﻋﺒﺪﺍلله رضى الله عنه ﺭﻭﻧﮯ ﻟﮕﮯ۔ 

ﺁﭖ رضى الله عنه ﮐﯽ ﺍﻥ ﺧﻮﺵ ﻧﺼﯿﺐ ﺁﻧﮑﮭﻮﮞ ﺳﮯ  ﺁﻧﺴﻮ ﭨﭙﮑﻨﮯ ﻟﮕﮯ ﺟﻦ ﺁﻧﮑﮭﻮﮞ ﻧﮯ ﺭﺳﻮﻝ ﺍلله ﷺ ﮐﺎ ﭼﮩﺮﮦ ﺍﻧﻮﺭ ﺩﯾﮑﮭﺎ ﺗﮭﺎ۔ 

ﯾﮧ ﺩﯾﮑﮫ ﮐﺮ ﻗﯿﺼﺮ ﺧﻮﺷﯽ ﺳﮯ ﺟﮭﻮﻣﻨﮯ ﻟﮕﺎ ﺍﻭﺭ ﮐﮩﺎ: ﻋﯿﺴﺎﺋﯽ ﺑﻦ ﺟﺎؤ ﻣﻌﺎﻑ ﮐﺮ ﺩﻭﮞ ﮔﺎ۔

ﻋﺒﺪﺍلله رضى الله عنه: الله ﷻ ﮐﯽ ﻗﺴﻢ ﻣﯿﮟ ﺍﺱ ﻟﯿﮯ ﺭﻭ ﺭﮨﺎ ﮨﻮﮞ ﮐﮧ ﻣﯿﺮﯼ ﺍﯾﮏ ﮨﯽ ﺟﺎﻥ ﮨﮯ ﺟﻮ ﺍﺱ ﺩﯾﮓ ﻣﯿﮟ ﮈﺍﻟﯽ ﺟﺎﺋﮯ ﮔﯽ۔ ﻣﯿﺮﯼ ﯾﮧ ﺗﻤﻨﺎ ﮨﮯ ﮐﮧ ﻣﯿﺮﯼ ﻣﯿﺮﮮ ﺳﺮ ﮐﮯ ﺑﺎﻟﻮﮞ ﮐﮯ ﺑﺮﺍﺑﺮ ﺟﺎنیں ﮨﻮﮞ ﺍﻭﺭ ﻭﮦ ﺍﯾﮏ ﺍﯾﮏ ﮐﺮ ﮐﮯ الله ﷻ ﮐﯽ ﺭﺍﮦ ﻣﯿﮟ ﻧﮑﻠﯿﮟ۔

ﯾﮧ ﺳﻦ ﮐﺮ ﻗﯿﺼﺮ ﻧﮯ ﻣﺎﯾﻮﺳﯽ ﮐﮯ ﻋﺎﻟﻢ ﻣﯿﮟ ﻋﺒﺪﺍلله رضى الله عنه ﺳﮯ ﮐﮩﺎ: ﮐﯿﺎ ﯾﮧ ﻣﻤﮑﻦ ﮨﮯ ﮐﮧ ﺗﻢ ﻣﯿﺮﮮ ﺳﺮ ﮐﻮ ﺑﻮﺳﮧ ﺩﻭ ﺍﻭﺭ ﻣﯿﮟ ﺗﻤﮩﯿﮟ ﺭﮨﺎ ﮐﺮﻭں؟

ﻋﺒﺪﺍلله رضى الله عنه: ﺍﮔﺮ ﻣﯿﺮﮮ ﺳﺎﺗﮫ ﺗﻤﺎﻡ ﻣﺴﻠﻤﺎﻥ ﻗﯿﺪﯾﻮﮞ ﮐﻮ ﺭﮨﺎ ﮐﺮﺗﮯ ﮨﻮ ﺗﻮ ﻣﯿﮟ ﺗﯿﺮﮮ ﺳﺮ ﮐﻮ ﺑﻮﺳﮧ ﺩﯾﻨﮯ ﮐﮯ ﻟﯿﮯ ﺗﯿﺎﺭ ﮨﻮﮞ۔

ﻗﯿﺼﺮ: ﭨﮭﯿﮏ ﮨﮯ

ﻋﺒﺪﺍلله رضى الله عنه ﻧﮯ ﺍﭘﻨﮯ ﺳﺎﺗﮫ ﺩﻭﺳﺮﮮ ﻣﺴﻠﻤﺎﻧﻮﮞ ﮐﻮ ﺭﮨﺎ ﮐﺮﻧﮯ ﮐﮯ ﻟﯿﮯ ﺍﺱ ﮐﺎﻓﺮ ﮐﮯ ﺳﺮ ﮐﻮ ﺑﻮﺳﮧ ﺩﯾﺎ ﺍﻭﺭ ﺳﺎﺭﮮ ﻣﺴﻠﻤﺎﻥ ﺭﮨﺎ ﮐر دیئے ﮔﺌﮯ۔

ﺟﺐ ﻭﺍﭘﺲ ﻋﻤﺮ ﺑﻦ ﺨﻄﺎﺏ رضى الله عنه ﮐﮯ ﭘﺎﺱ ﭘﮩﻨﭻ ﮔﺌﮯ ﺍﻭﺭ ﺁﭖ رضى الله عنه ﮐﻮ ﻭﺍﻗﻌﮧ ﺑﺘﺎﯾﺎ ﺗﻮ ﻋﻤﺮ رضى الله عنه ﻧﮯ ﮐﮩﺎ:

ﻋﺒﺪﺍلله ﺑﻦ ﺣﺬﺍﻓﮧ رضى الله عنه ﮐﮯ ﺳﺮ ﮐﻮ ﺑﻮﺳﮧ ﺩﯾﻨﺎ ﮨﺮ ﻣﺴﻠﻤﺎﻥ ﭘﺮ ﺍﻥ ﮐﺎ ﺣﻖ ﮨﮯ ﺍﻭﺭ ﺧﻮﺩ ﺍﭨﮭﮯ ﺍﻭﺭ ﻋﺒﺪﺍلله رضى الله عنه ﮐﮯ ﺳﺮ ﮐﻮ ﺑﻮﺳﮧ ﺩﯾﺎ

سبحان الله ﷻ رضى الله ﷻ عنهم و رضوا عنه

ﮐﯿﺴﯽ ﺳﯿﺮﺕ ﺗﮭﯽ ﺻﺤﺎﺑﮧ رضى الله عنهم ﮐﯽ؟

تلخی کی تاریخی وجوہات۔۔۔۔

ریاض اور تہران دوسری جنگ عظیم سے ہی ایک دوسرے کے حریف رہے ہیں مگر 1979 میں ایران میں آنے والے شیعہ انقلاب نے یہ رقابت باہمی چپقلش میں بدل دی جس کی مرکزی وجہ ایران کی اس خطّے میں ولایت فقیہ کے نظام کے نفاذ کی اندرون خانہ کوششیں تھیں جو آج بھی جاری ہیں۔ ایران نے ہمیشہ خود کو ایران کا حاکم اور خلیج کا مالک سمجھنے کی غلطی کی اور طاقت و اقتدار کی ہوس میں خلیجی ممالک میں زیر زمین سازشوں کا جال بچھا دیا.

ایران میں شیعہ انقلاب کے بعد سعودی کنگ خالد نے خمینی کو مبارکباد دی اور امید ظاہر کی کہ اسلامی اخوت ان دونوں ممالک کے درمیان اچھے تعلقات کی بنیادی وجہ بنے گی . مگر جواب میں خمینی نے سعودی بادشاہت کے مذہبی جواز اور کردار پر سخت نکتہ چینی کی . خمینی نے قومی شناخت کا تصور بھی مسترد کر دیا اور اس کی بجائے الہامی قیادت کے زیر سرپرستی مسلمانوں کے اتحاد کا تصور پیش کیا اور وہ الہامی قیادت کوئی اور نہیں بلکہ شیعت تھی جو کہ ہر سنی مسلمان کے لیے نہ قابل قبول تھی.

ان خطرناک ایرانی عزائم کے انکشاف کے بعد 1980 میں ہونے والی ایران عراق جنگ میں سعودیہ نے صدام حسین کا ساتھ دیا۔ جبکہ ایران نے سعودیہ کے مشرقی صوبے میں علیحدگی کی شیعہ تحریکوں کی حمایت اور فنڈنگ شروع کردی. ایران نے سعودی عرب کی حجاج کرام کی مہمان نوازی کو یکسر نظر اندازکرتے ہوئے سالانہ حج کو ایک بین الاقوامی سیاسی تقریب کا نام دیا اور ساتھ ہی خمینی نے مسلمانوں کے سب سے مقدس مقام مکّہ کے بارے میں اعلان کیا کہ یہ شہر بدعتیوں کے ایک گروہ کے ہاتھوں میں یرغمال ہے جسے مسلمانوں کو آزاد کروانا چاہیے.

ایران نے 1987 میں اپنی سعودی مخاصمت سے مجبور ہو کر مناسک حج کے دوران کعبہ پر قبضے کی کوشش کی اور پرتشدد جھڑپوں میں 400 افراد ہلاک ہوئے جن میں اکثر ایرانی تھے۔ اس سے اگلے روز ایرانی شورش پسندوں نے خدائی فوجدار بنتے ہوئے سعودی سفارت خانے پر حملہ کرکے سعودی سفارت کاروں کو زد و کوب کیا جس سے ایک سفارت کار جان بحق ہو گیا۔ ایرانی حکومت کی جانب سے کسی بھی قسم کا مذمتی بیان سامنے نہ آنے پر سعودیہ نے ایران سے سفارتی تعلقات سخت کر دئیے۔

صدام کے کویت پر حملے نے سعودی عرب اور ایران کو ایک موقف اور پلیٹ فارم پر یکجا کر دیا. ایران نے اس موقعے کو اپنی عالمی سیاسی تنہائی اور ملک کے خراب معاشی حالات کی وجہ سے غنیمت جانا اور اس سیاسی حکمت کو اپناتے ہوئے ایران نے سعودی عرب سے کئی تجارتی معاہدے بھی کیے۔

امریکا کے عراق پر حملے کا اسلامی دنیا میں صرف ایران نے خیر مقدم کیا اور صدام کی پھانسی پر جب تمام اسلامی دنیا غمزدہ تھی تب ایران نے یہ بیان دیا کہ الله نے بزرگ شیطان کے ہاتھوں اس کے نائب کو ختم کروا دیا۔ صدام کے زوال نے ایرانی پالیسیوں اور عزائم کو واضح کر دیا تھا۔ اور صدام کی غیر موجودگی میں بغداد سے دمشق تک ایران کے لئے اپنے اسٹریٹجیک مفاد کا حصول آسان تھا جس میں حزب الله بھی اس کے ساتھ تھی۔
اس موقعے پر سعودی ایران مفاہمت دم توڑ گئی کیونکہ ایران اب عرب سنی اکثریتی ممالک میں کھلم کھلا علیحدگی پسند شیعہ اقلیتوں کی حمایت کرنے لگا تھا۔

ایران نے 2011 کے بعد شام میں بشار کو اور یمن میں شیعہ حوثی باغیوں کو بھی فوجی اور معاشی امداد مہیا کی . سعودی عرب اور دیگر عرب ممالک ان ایرانی کاروائیوں کو تتشویش کی نظر سے دیکھ رہے تھے نتیجتا سعودی عرب نے بشار اور حوثی باغیوں کے خلاف لڑنے والے مجاہدین کو فوجی مدد فراہم کی اور یہ خانہ جنگیاں ایران اور سعودی عرب کے درمیان پراکسی وار کا روپ دھار گئیں۔

سعودی عرب نے 2 جنوری 2016 کو ایرانی جاسوس نمر النمر پر الزامات ثابت ہونے پر اسے پھانسی کی سزا دی جس پر تہران میں سعودی سفارت خانے کو لوٹا اور جلایا گیا اور سعودی عرب نے تہران سے سفارتی تعلقات ختم کر دئیے۔ سعودی عرب اور ایران دونوں اس خطّے کے بااثر کھلاڑی ہیں مگر ایران حرمین شریفین پر سعودی عرب کی محافظت کو ناجائز قرار دیتا ہے جبکہ مسلمانوں کی اکثریت ان مقدس مقامات پر شیعہ قبضے کو کبھی گوارا نہیں کر سکتی۔

ایران کا دوہرا کردار تمام امت مسلمہ کے سامنے ہے جس نے ہمیشہ اس امت کی خیر خواہی اور داد رسی کے بجائے انتشار پھیلانے کا کام کیا ہے۔ ایران کی خارجہ پالیسی عملی اور نظریاتی بنیادوں پر دو رخی ہے . عملی رخ میں ایران کے تعلقات آذر بائیجان، ترکمانستان اور عیسائی ریاست آرمینیا سے بہت اچھے ہیں جبکہ نظریاتی رخ میں سعودی عرب، عراق ، شام، پاکستان، یمن اور لبنان شامل ہیں جن کے ساتھ وہ موقع کے حساب سے پینترا بدلتا ہے
